I started my first job today . I work at a hairdressing salon , but I just clean up and make tea and coffee . I work only on saturdays and sometimes friday afterschool . So .. today was the first day I started and , argh I don't like my boss ): She's mean and grumpy , but the other hairdressers there are lovely . It made me think though , even though I have this job , I should look on the bright side as i'm earning money , not on the bad side because of my boss . Soooo , I though of making this picture (: Everyone says this expression , and I actually wanted to make it in real life !

If you were to put a sealed container from which air has been removed, then yes that would have been empty.
And when you're "half a glass" thirsty and the glass is only 10 percent full... Spinning it positive is a little bit psycho.
It's pedantic of me to also point out that people make the "half empty" attack when it is really 90 percent empty... they can't even see that they're being negative by attacking.
