"Make your life a story worth telling"

Do something in your life that you'll be proud of telling others . Whether it was helping someone out , doing a cool hobby or meeting the love of your life . I recently talked to an old friend of my mum's , and he was very old , and when talking to him , he told me he regretted many things he didn't tried doing when he was younger , and by the time he was old , it was too late . He said he wished he did something "really amazing" in his life when he was younger that he could tell his children , but he couldn't because he didn't do anything interesting .
It got me thinking that I (and others) should do as many things as possible while you can so you can tell others it in the future (:

If I'm not mistaken the story in that book is the sign of the four, a story involving Sherlock Holmes, where Watson meets his eventual wife Mary.

You're probably right (: I haven't actually read the book because when I got it had many pages missing and no cover (hence why I wrote on it) but I've skimmed over a few pages and it's definitely Sherlock and and I think you're correct with the story. I don't read sherlock but i'm in love with the tv series eeee

jesus christ I am so tired of explaining this, I've already explained this to so many people earlier in the comments - I wrote in it because the book itself was in bad condition; the cover had come off and many pages were missing. It would've been thrown away but I took it as I thought to do some photography with it, and I did -  better than it being thrown away. People like you just tend to jump to the conclusion that I took a perfectly good book and wrote in it - i'd never do that
